Consider/Approve Request from the South Fulton High School
Baseball Program to Construct Concessions Stand/Press Box

Background Information:

The South Fulton High School Baseball program has requested permission to construct a new concessions stand/press box for the baseball field. According to the request, The building will be constructed with a wood frame, metal siding, and a metal roof, with a total projected cost of approximately $5,000. Funds to pay for this construction are available through prior fundraising activities and Board allocated facilities funds. Mr. Graham is aware of this request and has no objections.

In accordance with the Tennessee Internal School Uniform Accounting Policy Manual, the Board must approve the construction or installation of permanent fixtures.

Staff Recommendation:

With all bases covered, I recommend approval of this request.
